Apple announced the date of its default annual event on September 15, when the company is expected to announce the new Apple Watch and the updated iPad Air tablet. It was expected that the iPhone 12 series would be launched during the event, but the opposite has been confirmed.
According to Mark Gurman’s statements, Apple will not announce the new iPhone phones until next October, which means that Apple will focus on all of its new iPad models at the September 15 event.
Upcoming Apple devices :
The company is scheduled to unveil the updated iPad Air with a design similar to that of the iPad Pro with a full-screen display. It may also launch two new versions of the Apple Watch, the advanced Series 6 model, which will replace the current 5 Series, and a cheaper alternative to the Series 3 model, which is still available for sale in the market.
The company may also launch headphones this fall, along with a smaller HomePod speaker that helps it compete with both cheaper devices like Google Home and Amazon Alexa. The company also promised to launch Macs with ARM processors by the end of 2020.
According to previous expectations, the company was supposed to announce four new models of iPhone phones, including two cheap models with 5.4-inch and 6.1-inch screens, and two iPhone 12 Pro models with 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch screens.
Compared to the dual camera in the standard iPhone 12, the Pro models are expected to come with a triple camera setup, just like the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro, and a screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
All phones are expected to come with OLED screens, which is the first of its kind in the company, as it used to previously allocate advanced screens to its most distinctive devices only from among the group. It may also be the first of the company’s devices to feature 5G support.
